Optimalisasi hasil diklat pada pembuatan gambar kerja melalui alat peraga konstruksi sambungan perabot kayu bagi peserta diklat perabot kayu di PPPPTK Bidang Otomotif dan Elektronika Malang

The process of making shop drawing of wood furniture is one of sub competency
for the SMK Teachers who master in their field especially in Building Technique, in order
to know the condition, it is need to impelement the training action research with the title
“Optimalization of Training Result on Process of Making Shop Drawing through Teaching
Aid of Wood Furniture Join Contruction for Training Participant of Wood Furniture at
PPPPTK BOE Malang”. The research result show there is improvement of average score
on each step start from pre condition result = 1,32; 1

cycle = 2,66; 2
and the final condition = 2,80. There is an improvement even if it is few, but the result of
final condition of the measurement show all of the participants who has graduated at good
qualification with the lowest grade achieved is 2,60. So, the teaching aid of wood furniture
join contruction be able to optimize training result on process of making shop drawing for
training participants of wood furniture.
