The perpose of this research is to know :1) The Implementation of School Bese Management (SBM) in SMAN 7 Samarinda. 2) School performance SMAN 7 Samarinda. 3) Implementation of associative relationship SBM and school performance SMAN 7 Samarinda. The approach of this study useng a qualitative approach to the natural context of the subject. Collecting data through surveys, observations, and interviews relating to the implementation of SBM and school performance. Research site in SMA Negeri 7, Soekarno-Hatta road, Loajanan, Samarinda. This research began from October, 31st, 2009 up to January,16th2010. The analytis of data using qualitative to conductied in interactive and takes place continuosly at every stage of research., completely and boring, or for checking the validity of data using triangulation techniques by utilizing sources, methods, investigators and theories. Tehe Conclusion of this Research are as follows 1) The implementation of SBM not optimally Implemented in SMAN 7 this, because they still lack a sense of Community and citizen involvement between school and local communities, and partnership with other parties who support the school work program. 2) school performance results in SMAN 7 is also not maximized, especially at the input (input) and output (output), both components of academic and non academic 3) SBM with the impact to cooperative of school because of lessly cooperative and less of decipline from school communities into school management organization.
